Delete your account

You can delete your PlayAsOne account and personal data at any time. The fastest route is in the app. If you no longer have the app installed, you can request deletion by email — you do not need to reinstall anything.
1. In the app
- Open PlayAsOne and go to Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and choose Delete account.
- Confirm. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
2. Without the app
Send an email to the address below from the address linked to your account. That lets us confirm the request is yours without asking for further documents.
Mention the email address or username of the account. If you signed in with Apple using Hide My Email, send the request from that private relay address so we can match it.
3. What is deleted
Permanently removed, with no way to restore it:
- Your profile: name, username, email address, phone number, date of birth, country and language.
- Your profile photo and any photos you uploaded to games or the feed.
- Your XP, level, badges and coin balance.
- Your posts, comments and reactions.
- Any linked accounts, such as Discord, Twitch, Steam or PlayStation.
4. What stays
Match results and tournaments you took part in remain visible to the other players in those leagues. They are part of someone else’s history too: removing them would rewrite standings and results for people who did not ask for that.
Your name is replaced by "User left" everywhere those results appear, so nothing traces back to you.
5. How long it takes
- In the app: immediately.
- By email: we handle requests within 30 days, and usually within a few working days. You get a confirmation once it is done.
Backups are kept on a rolling schedule and are overwritten within 30 days. Deleted data disappears from those backups as they rotate.
